How does it work? - Frequently Asked Questions
-
It is quite simple - you bring in the piece you wish to get framed to our store during our working hours, and we help you pick out the perfect frame that complements your work. If you choose to add a mat and glass as well, we help you select that too and provide you with the adequate price. We will notify you when it is ready, usually by text.

For custom framing, it usually takes around 10-14 days to receive the necessary materials and construct the frame, although it tends to take longer around holidays and shorter when we have the frame in stock.
For photo printing, the turnaround time can vary anywhere between 10 minutes and an hour and a half, increasing with the size and amount of photos printed. Sometimes we may ask you to come back in a few hours or days to collect your photos, while others we may just have you wait to receive them on the spot.
For passport photos, it should only take about 5-10 minutes to receive, but the wait time can increase with more complex requirements such as Chinese visas, Canadian passports, or baby passports.
-
All prices vary greatly. For custom framing, it depends on the size of the piece and the quality of the frame and/or mat & glass. If you know the dimensions of the piece, you can give us a call and request a price estimate. In photo printing, it alters with the size and amount of photos needed, while in passport photos, it depends on the difficulty of the requirements and taking the photo.

Yes, canvas-stretching is one of our core services, and is usually requested alongside framing! However, please note that framing canvases cannot include mat and glass.
-
Yes, we are very flexible with what you are able to frame. Instead of just sticking to paper and canvas framing, we can also work with jerseys, diplomas, fiber works, and create shadowboxes.

In the majority of cases, we do not offer frame repairs. While we can occasionally fix minor chips, our recommendation when it comes to greater damage is to reframe the piece completely or visit professionals in this case. A great option would be to send us a photo of the damage in question so that we can get back to you on whether or not we are capable of the repair.
